For statistics take:

• strength: 156 to wear Spirit or Stormshield
• Dexterity: 201 for a 75% chance to block
• vitality: the rest
• energy: 0

For the bearings:

• FBR: 32, reached with the Stormshield
• FCR: 0
• FHR: 32%, or 52 or even 86 with Traitrise or Spirit
• IAS: 30, 50 or 95, see calculation below.

Other statistics:

• around 60% to all resistances and 35% damage reduced
• have at least 10% stolen mana and 10% stolen life
• + 100% fast travel
• 75% chance to block
• 50% dodge, feint, and dodge chance

What spell to use

Here are the spells to use depending on the situation:

• Lightning in Fury: main spell, to clean the area
• Ball of Lightning: single target spell, to kill bosses and champions who are not immune to lightning
• Lightning Strike: Alternate spell, as a last resort if a champion immune to lightning doesn't want to die

Note that Ball of Lightning does much more damage than Lightning Strike, I made you the video against Diablo but here is why:

• Lightning Strike hits from 400 to 12
• Ball of Lightning from 450 to 800 in physics and especially 1 to 5 in lightning x 000
• Or 450 to 45 damage vs. 0000 to 400 damage

Equipment

Here is the equipment you will be using all the time:

• Weapon: Titan javelins improved or even ethereal if possible, Lum Pul P. Emeraude to improve it
• Shield: Spirit then Stormshield with perfect diamond
• Helmet: Lore then Shako then Griffon or circlet with +2 Amazon with Um
• Amulet: Cat's eye
• Gloves: +2 javelins 20 IAS and stats, resistance
• Boots: Crowd War War Traveler
• Rings: two rings with mana steal, resistances, and stats
• Charms: life, resistances and skills to javelins, torch

Equipment for 30 IAS 2,77 aps

• Armor: Runic Word Peace
• Belt: Razortail for 100% piercing or Immortal King Belt
• Ias: amulet 20 + gloves 20

Equipment for 50 IAS 3.57 aps

• Armor: Treachery Runic Word or Belt +10
• Ias: amulet 20 + gloves 20 + treachery 45 or belt +10

Gameplay

Everything is doable without worries with the Javazone, because you also have a lot of physical damage:

• Diablo: a walk in the park, just manage the spirits' mana theft
• Cow Level: even simpler, a few javelins and the cows are dead. Be careful, however, you will not be able to kill the King of the Cows, unless you use your poison spells, being immune to lightning and physical.
