Affixes

On each object, you can put four affixes (two suffixes and two prefixes). Each affix can be from tier 1 to tier 5, the more you try to craft, the greater the risk of missing or damaging your piece of equipment.

That craft

I recommend the following craft:

• Weapons, Rings, and Amulet: Damage, Crit Chance / Crit Damage
• Armors: resistance to "glancing blow" for a total of 100%, in priority on the prefixes

Note: there is potentially a melee minions debuff that lowers your chance of receiving a glancing blow. I have not, at the moment, found a reliable source, but suddenly if you see your luck going down, increase it!
Kwess advises 150% on melee characters, moreover a big thank you for his feedback on the subject!

Modifiers: glyphs

• Guardian: reduces the risk of fracture (for use on your late game items, with a> 15% chance)
• Stability: allows to reduce the number of added instability (to be used on your objects when you do not put a guardian)

The runes

• Shattering: dissolves a craft shard item, very useful when the affix you are looking for is on the weapon
• Refinement: reroll the affixes of an object, very little interest
• Removal: removes a random affix, useful if you have an item with good affixes except 1, and you're lucky!
• Cleansing: remove all affixes, very useful if you have the right item base

The risks

• Fractured: you can no longer craft this item, but it keeps its properties, I advise you to go at this point
• Damage: you can no longer craft and all the affixes are T1, to be avoided, otherwise the item will be useless
• Destroyed: RIP! will have to start again 🙂

Craft any item with good affixes

This is my preferred method

1. Buy the basic item from the gambler, take a few in order to have a strong base
2. Use a cleansing rune to remove affixes
3. Add your affixes with stability runes for guardian
4. Reach status fractured or just before

Craft for levels 70+

1. The simplest: drop the right base + 1 or 2 useful affixes
2. Otherwise, use the gambler to buy a number of items with the correct base
3. In general after ten you will have a good base + 1 or 2 useful affixes
4. The more gold you spend, the more interesting affixes / bases you can have 🙂
