Diablo 2 resurrected
Released in the middle of the year, Diablo 2 Resurrected drew a good number of slashers in its healthy. The developers are continuing to work on it, and it's a new season or two that will take place in 2022. Associated with this season there will be new runic words, balancing, and quality of life improvements. So it's a very good period if you haven't got your hands on it!
Path of Exile
Path of Exile has been out for several years, but it continues to be heavily fed with content. Every four months you have a new season and new activities to do. As of January next year, they are planning an overhaul of the End Game system, if you haven't played Path of Exile yet this will be a great opportunity to get started!
Path of Exile 2
Continuation of Path of Exile, Path of Exile 2 will bring a lot of new content with new classes and acts, a lot of improvements and also the possibility to play with Path of Exile 1 players. to-win (you can only buy skins), Path of Exile 2 will undoubtedly be one of the very big releases of this year 2022. It remains to be seen if the release is going well this year, given that the communications around the game are pretty quiet at the moment!
Last epoch
Basic Old School oriented, Last Epoch gradually acquires an ultra addicting gameplay and a clear and very practical interface. Constantly worked on and updated, this game looks more and more like a really big release, even with a smaller studio than other games of this style. You can be sure that the developers are working seriously and that you will have quality. In 2022 the multiplayer will be deployed, possibly with an exit window!
Lost Ark
Lost Ark is the fusion of MMO and Hack & Slash. If you want to get completely involved in a game, he will be able to answer your questions. The game is beautiful, the bestiary is sublime, and you will always find plenty of people to play with you. Even if I personally haven't clung to the MMO principle too much, it will be perfect for anyone looking for this style of play!
The Slormancer
Take two talented French people, who created their studio and their first Hack And Slash game, here is The Slormancer! The build possibilities are endless, the work of the developers is incredible, and you will have an ultra addicting and very high quality HnS. Too bad there is no multiplayer, but still if you like Hack And Slash, I highly recommend it! The game is in early access, with a release slated for late 2022.
Undecember
Undecember is starting to make more and more noise, and after a first release in Korea early next year, it should arrive in Europe afterwards. Undecember presents itself as a future reference in Hack & Slash, due to its design, content and modernity. It remains to be seen whether he will keep his promises so as not to end up like Magic Legends! So to follow!
Diablo Immortal
Even though I was the first one not to be convinced by this mobile game, I continued to follow this topic to offer you an objective opinion. The game seems clean and the quality at the rendezvous, it will also be very rare to find a mobile Hack & Slash of this quality. So to follow, but Diablo Immortal can be a very good HnS on phone support!
Path of Exile Mobile
Announced during Exilcon at the same time as Path of Exile 2, Path of Exile Mobile is even more discreet than POE 2, 2022 should still provide some answers, in particular the state of development of the project. It will undoubtedly be if he ended up a big competitor of Diablo Immortal.

Even if this game has been the (virtual) ink flow since its release, the developers continue to work on it, in terms of content and quality of life. An update will be coming very soon with new EndGame missions, and for 2022 a new season with content will most likely take place. I don't really believe in version 2.0 though, although that would have been pretty cool!
Anima
Coming from a mobile game, Anima made its port on PC around the middle of the year 2021. I have largely covered this game, which, once you have had a little apprehension on it, is very complete and extremely addicting. Big downside of the game is that the mobile version is constantly updated, but not the PC version which remained in 1.0.0. For 2022, a big update would be really great, although I can hardly believe it.
Diablo 3
Diablo 3 is running its course, and still maintains an active player base. Even if you don't have very big news, the work on the seasons is more interesting than before with real rewards and new mechanics. No big news for next year, but Diablo 3 remains a great adventure if you want to redo a season!
Grim Dawn
There is not a lot of communication on Grim Dawn, but the developers continue to bring new things from time to time. It's also one of my favorite Hack And Slash, don't hesitate to test it if you haven't already! If you like Grim Dawn but have already finished it, consider testing the Grimarillion mode which adds a lot of elements like masteries (classes), enemies and items! What to give a very good lifespan to this game.
Titan Quest
Originally released many years ago, Titan Quest was released in HD version, and it received a new expansion at the end of 2021, adding End Game content. Even if for 2022 the year promises to be calm, if you have never played this game it is one of the pioneers of Hack And Slash, do not hesitate!
Albion Online
Since its release in 2017, Albion continues to be updated regularly and offers a very pleasant alternative to the "classics" Hack & Slash. In Albion you can do whatever you want, and the game takes on a very satisfying dimension! If you're tired of chain killing monsters, don't hesitate to take a look at Albion Online!
Hero siege
If you are looking for a game that is easy to learn but is also very deep in the End Game, do not hesitate to take a look at Hero Siege. It is regularly updated and has a season system. It is also playable on Mobile! A very nice pti Hack And Slash to discover or rediscover!
Diablo 2 Median XL
I told you a lot about Median XL, this Stand Alone game (which works independently), is often updated and offers very large content on Diablo 2. If you like PvE with the graphics engine of Diablo 2, you have to take a look! Be careful, the game is hard but very rewarding!
chronicon
Chronicon is a Hack And Slash playable for four people in local cooperation. So you can spend great evenings with your friends on the sofa! It is also a very complete game, having a lot of ways to create your characters and an astronomical quantity of objects. It will therefore suit players who want to play without taking the lead, but also those who want very hard to go as far as possible! Be careful, it will not be easy. The first DLC with lots of big new content is coming early next year, a great opportunity to experience the game!
Diablo 4
I had to talk about Diablo 4, even if it does not really concern this year 2022. The development announcements hardly give anything to have news, and do not really offer important information. I remain on my basic idea that they had to announce Diablo 4 because of the quack of Diablo Immortal, but that they were not at all ready to release the game. I also remain on my bet of a beta in 2024 for possible release in 2025.
