Anti-spoiler preamble
If I had done this guide avoiding spoilers, you would have had a lot less information. I put the biggest spoilers at the end and the guide is in section. I therefore strongly advise you to look at the title of the sections to avoid spoils.

CAMP: Resources
Here are the different resources of the game, the more you have a good style score the more resources you will have:
- Gold :
- very versatile currency to buy items from Ogi in-game then later in the camp and buy lianas
- is collected at the end of a room, on bosses and enemies
- Shards:
- allows you to improve your cores
- are collected at the end of a room
- Essences:
- to improve your character
- are collected at the end of a room and on bosses
- Entropy:
- to unlock Fountain of Healing and Altar of Restoration
- accumulates with every fight won
CAMP: Spiritual Cores, list and choice of improvement
Here are the cores, categories and their power:
- Life (red), the nuclei allowing you to heal yourself and the most important:
- Regeneration, the best kernels, to improve thoroughly and always try to get it
- Second chance, avoid dying, quite practical
- Sanctuary, creates a healing zone when using a potion, very practical in a team
- Vital Explorer, heal by new area, useless except at max level where you can get a potion
- Leech, life by killing a creep, very practical in zone
- Jungle stamina, extra shield, little point
- Effect (purple), the cores activating on a spell or powerful attack, in second priority after those of life:
- Burn, damage over time, good damage addition
- Poison, damage over time, and similarly a good damage addition
- Paralysis, immobilizes the enemy, quite useful
- Slow, slow down enemies, quite useful without more
- Offensive (yellow), adds an effect when your grade is A, in third priority:
- Dazzling style, lightning attack added to base attack
- Explosive hit, fire attack added to base attack
- Bond, energy attack added to base attack
- Ritual blade, daggers added to magic attack
- Defensive (blue), gives you additional defense, in fourth priority:
- Relentless nature, quite practical, especially at level 5
- Ghost, invisible when on the ground, little interest
- Retaliation, wave of damage when on the ground, little interest
- Guardian flight, projectiles hovering, little interest
- Haste, when A rating, movement speed and double attack at max level, quite useful
- Chance of the Mystics, when rating A, chance of not spending energy after super attack, not bad
The best spiritual core in the game
PLAY: Combos and SSS Style
The combos are very important, they allow you to recover more resources, here is what you need to know to achieve good combos, up to SSS:
- the order of the combos: D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS
- if you get hit you lose a rank
- to easily make an A, throw the enemy in the air, do all three air attacks and repeat
- to easily make an S, send the enemy in the air, do the three air attacks and the air attack that sends to the ground and repeat
- your rating will be high faster if there are a lot of enemies, repeat the above combos on packs to do SS and SSS
To unlock the Steam SSS achievement
GAME: Critical hits
You will very quickly notice that you are making critical hits, that is to say that your attacks do more damage. It is very important to understand this system well, especially for your ultimate spell, increasing considering its damage. There are two ways to do critical hits:
- slap an enemy on the back
- hit a boss when his shield is removed
It will therefore always be more interesting to make your ultimate attack on a boss when it has no more critical damage, as long as it does not change phase with the damage you do to it.
Critical hits, your best friend
GAME: Rooms and choices
Here are the rooms and their purpose:
- gold: a quantity of gold at the end of the room
- sparkle: a quantity of sparkle at the end of the room
- experience: a quantity of gasoline at the end of the room
- llama: you spend gold to pass a room on condition and possibly win a nice reward
- fountain: to heal you for gold
- boss: you will face the boss of the area
- NPC: to save an NPC
- merchant: to buy near Ogi
- cores: to have a spiritual core at the end of the room
- book: to advance in the story of your character
Choosing the right room will be crucial
GAME: Alternative skills
In addition to your skills, you will be able to unlock alternative skills:
- it has a cooldown, you have the icon just below your mana
- you must keep pressing LT then the requested combination
- they are therefore quite technical and situational
NPC Skills: order to improve your character
The NPC offers you several upgrades:
- Attacks: to have new offensive skills
- Tactics: what is utility related
- Resources: for potions and healing
- Potential: damage and life, upgradeable after killing each boss
All points are not equal, here is the order I recommend:
- Potential as soon as possible, so as soon as you kill a new boss for the first time
- Your ultimate skill and triple Y (or triangle) in attack
- The tumble, allowing to make one more attack in the air
- The number of potions and the care they provide, to be kept only for a boss if possible
- Your XXXY combo and its prerequisites
Upgrade your character in the correct order!
PNJ Collectible: your collection
You can view all the items collected in the game:
- Enemies: to learn more about them
- Loot: specific items
- Messages: to follow the story
- Story: the story of your characters
NPC Ogi: Fountain of Healing, Altar of Restoration, and Spirit Cores
For Ogi, here's what you can do:
- Upgrade your Spirit Cores against shards
- Buy Altar of Restoration and Fountain of Healing (after the first boss is killed), for entropy
- the Fountains of Healing allow you to meet fountains in choice of room
- the Altars of Restoration, allow you to change a room into a resurrection if one of your allies is dead
- Buy Spiritual Cores (after killing the third boss) for gold
The best way to resurrect your ally with wearable transmutations
NPC Lama: Currency Converter
Here is for the Lama, very handy, after killing the second boss:
- Convert gold to gasoline
- Convert essences to shards
- Convert shards to entropy
- Convert entropy to gold
Explorers and Vines NPCs
You can ask the NPCs to go find vines during your explorations, then you will find the NPC in your run. Each vine costs 15 gold, here are the ones you can collect:
- additional damage
- extra life
- extra mana
- chance to get health and mana orbs
- additional defense
- extra gold, but the NPC will not be at the camp

Second boss, the shark out of Sharknado:
- phase 1, jump with each laser pass to give it a hit
